Violence Jack: El Dorado and complete volume 3

Okay...this is long overdue. I...really apologize it took so long. There were a variety of little crises and other things that delayed it...but yeah, here's El Dorado, the next arc in Violence Jack! And this means we've also finished volume 3 with it! This ends on quite the cliffhanger with our friends..

Here's El Dorado

And Volume 3

We should hopefully see volume 4 in WAY less time!

I'll say again: we are in BAD, BAD need of editors! I would really appreciate anyone willing to learn!

  1. I'd be happy to learn editing if you're willing to teach me. For my own experience with scanlating; I own a scanner, I've scanned manga before, I also have minor skills with translating.

  5. Thanks for the new chapter! I'm glad to see this series advance with such a good pace. Makes me believe that it will be finished someday in the near future.

  6. Thanks a bunch for this release. I was afraid that this was going to be another manga that would simply not be scanalated further. Kudos to you! Also, if you need another editor, I'd be willing to try my hand at it. If it involves making the dialouge more in line with spoken English, then I can definitely assist you greatly there.

    1. For starters, how do you feel about "sound effects"? I mean, you think you can handle making them sound more "English"? You'd be dealing with mostly romanizations such as 'kya', 'iyaa', 'guoo'-- the likes. If you can turn those into their English equivalent, then you're most certainly welcome to help.

  7. Currently re-reading the series that was archived on my HD... Was there ever a v2 for this ? Because the one I have has more than a few errors when it comes to the various clans warring in Kanto. Like, you have the Rakshasas suddenly becoming the Heretics. And in the scans for the second part of El Dorado that Katatonia released on several online manga reading sites, you have the Rakshasas *and* the 1000-man unit refered to as "heretics", while it's a *third* clan that has nothing to do with them. I know I'm going to sound like a sourpuss who's not even offering to edit the translation (frankly, I don't have the time), but please try and keep track of these things, guys. It's a complicated enough story as it is, no need to make it more confusing. I hope volume 4 will be corrected before it's "officially" released here.
